Petco is hiring a Senior Analyst within Pet Services to lead end-to-end projects and provide data-driven insights for operational, product, and services strategy. The role covers hospital site selection, expansion, sourcing, diligence, integration, customer and site analytics, assortment, pricing, promotions, and advanced modeling. It requires an advanced degree in a relevant discipline, 3–5 years of business analytics experience, SQL and Snowflake proficiency, Python or R, BI visualization, and strong communication and quantitative skills. The position is primarily office-based with limited travel and offers a salary range of $85,800 to $141,900.
