Description
RSA is hiring a Sr Analyst, Technical Writer to write and edit HTML- and PDF-based product content for end-user and administrator audiences. The role involves learning the SecurID product through hands-on installation, configuration, and testing; collaborating with UX design, engineering, and product management teams; seeking customer input; and advocating for the user. The position requires at least two years of technical writing experience in an agile environment, knowledge of technical communication and content-development tools, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
