Description
OpenText is hiring a Senior HR Analyst, Workforce Planning to support enterprise workforce planning, organizational design, location strategy, talent decisions, and M&A and corporate transaction activities. The role translates workforce and organizational data into scenario models, headcount and demand forecasts, skills-based planning, and data-driven recommendations while partnering with HR, Finance, business leaders, and other stakeholders. Candidates need 3–5+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and analytics skills, and familiarity with workforce planning, organizational design, strategic HR initiatives, and/or M&A activities.
