Description

Genesys is hiring a Senior Application Developer, Integrations for a virtual office in Mexico. The role owns cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, and AWS services, including API and event-driven architectures, serverless environments, observability, production support, and governed AI-enabled workflows using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, and Model Context Protocol. The position requires at least five years of cloud integration experience, hands-on AWS serverless or messaging services, enterprise platform integration, Order-to-Cash knowledge, and distributed-system troubleshooting.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience building and supporting cloud-based integration solutions, including hands-on AWS experience
Hands-on experience with at least two AWS serverless or messaging services
Experience designing REST APIs, API-led integrations, or event-driven messaging architectures
Hands-on integration experience with at least one enterprise platform, including APIs, authentication, and rate or governor limits
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and data relationships
Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, AWS AI services, or equivalent AI capabilities into production workflows
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices using CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent tooling
Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and diagnose complex cross-service issues
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Model Context Protocol servers and clients or Bedrock Agents
Experience implementing RAG with embeddings and vector stores
Exposure to Amazon SageMaker for custom machine learning models
Familiarity with subscription billing data models, revenue processes, or Zuora Billing
Familiarity with iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or AWS AppFlow
AWS certification at Developer Associate level or higher; AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Machine Learning Engineer Associate credentials are advantageous
Experience with OpenAPI or Swagger API documentation and specification standards
