Description

Synopsys is hiring a Senior Staff Application Engineer to support Interface IP customers integrating IP into complex SoC designs. The role provides technical guidance, resolves integration, implementation, and debug issues, supports silicon and system bring-up, and collaborates with R&D, product, and field teams. Candidates need a BSEE/BSCE or MSEE/MSCE, 6+ years of experience, RTL coding, high-speed protocol expertise, and experience with simulation, synthesis, and static timing analysis. The position may be based in Austin, Texas or Mississauga, Canada.

Additional Information

Hands-on experience with simulation, synthesis, and static timing analysis
Familiarity with UNIX environments and ASIC/SoC tape-out processes
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of CDC, RDC, lint, DFT, STA, and LEC
