Description
Lam is hiring a Senior Applied Intelligence Architect to own the company’s applied intelligence architecture and implementation roadmap across frontier, commercial, open-weight, fine-tuned, specialized, and physics-informed models. The role translates business and technical requirements into production AI systems, designs model-agnostic interfaces and reusable patterns, establishes evaluation and governance systems, connects intelligence with enterprise knowledge and workflows, leads architecture reviews and production transitions, and mentors engineering teams. The position requires substantial applied AI or machine learning experience, strong Python and AI-framework capability, and experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. It offers hybrid On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $166,000 to $350,000.
