Description
RTCA is hiring a full-time, onsite Sr. Assembly Technician in Fife, Washington to perform complex and high-risk aerospace assembly operations with minimal oversight. The role serves as a technical subject matter expert, leads first-article and prototype assembly projects, develops and standardizes processes, troubleshoots assembly issues, designs or modifies fixtures and tooling, trains and mentors technicians, and supports audits and process validations. Candidates need extensive aerospace assembly experience, expert blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and experience training and partnering with Engineering and Quality. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour for onsite Washington applicants, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
