L3Harris is hiring a Sr. Associate, Structural Engineer (Stress Engineer) for its Aeronautical Systems Engineering team in Greenville, Rockwall, or Plano, Texas. The role performs aircraft structural analysis using classical and finite element methods, develops free-body diagrams and margins of safety, supports airworthiness and engineering estimates, and leads a small team of stress engineers. The position is on-site, follows a 9/80 first-shift schedule, and requires a bachelor’s degree with two years of commercial fixed-wing transport fuselage structural analysis experience, or equivalent graduate or experience-based qualifications.
