Description
Sutherland Mortgage Services is hiring a full-time Live Underwriter in Navi Mumbai to review and analyze residential mortgage applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, validate income and collateral, identify risks, make underwriting decisions, and document conditions in the Loan Origination System. The role requires at least two years of US residential mortgage live underwriting experience, knowledge of 1003/URLA documentation, and experience with DU/AUS; non-QM/DSCR experience is preferred. The position follows a US shift with two weeks off and includes medical insurance, travel allowance, and other benefits.
