SC Johnson is hiring a Sr. Associate, AI Engineer to build AI-powered applications, workflows, and prototypes; develop prompts, AI agents, skills, and automation solutions; evaluate AI models and developer tools; write maintainable code; and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least two years of software engineering or AI-related experience, with remote work available once a week after a 90-day onboarding period. The position is full-time during United States business hours, with occasional evening meetings with Philippines team members, and is not eligible for relocation.
