Unitedlex India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Associate - Patent Docketing Specialist in Gurgaon to support UnitedLex IP Managed Services. The role tracks and manages patent-related communications, PTO filings, Office Actions, assignments, recordables, annuities, Powers of Attorney, and client matters; reviews documentation; maintains files and databases; and monitors deadlines. Candidates need a strong academic background, at least three years of progressive patent docketing experience, one year of FoundationIP experience, United States Patent and Trademark Office knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools. The position offers office-based work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with cab facilities available for employees within the designated transport zone.
