Description
The Sr. Associate – Client Delivery – Create handles day-to-day service delivery for assigned accounts, including template and asset management, platform updates, print and fulfillment support, order processing, inventory management, and coordination of technical and creative projects. The role requires strong coordination, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in advertising, client/account/project management, and preferred print production or fulfillment exposure. It is based in India but supports U.S. business hours (India night shifts) for U.S.-based clients or global teams.
