The Senior Associate Designer for the HAELO team will develop premium women’s apparel concepts from initial design through production, creating technical flats, CADs, tech packs, construction details, moodboards, and BOMs. The role requires strong garment construction, pattern-making, fabric, fit, and design-development knowledge, along with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency. It is a permanent full-time position with a stated base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000.
