HSBC is hiring an experienced Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics to lead software development and technical strategy within its CTO business. The role involves hands-on development, mentoring multiple teams, owning greenfield projects, and architecting scalable solutions using Java, Spring, OAuth 2.0, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. It also requires leading developers, collaborating with product, QA, and operations teams, and solving complex technical problems.
