Description
The Environmental Health & Safety Manager leads the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of EH&S programs for regulated industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; coordinates regulatory inspections and audits; develops procedures, training, and corrective-action programs; evaluates project and capital-impact risks; and supervises technical support personnel as needed. The position requires strong knowledge of EH&S regulations, risk management, process safety, and related industrial safety systems, along with technical writing, project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
