Amgen is hiring a Senior HR Operations Associate to provide complex HR service center support across supported geographies. The role manages Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle inquiries, escalations, Workday and ServiceNow transactions, case trends, service metrics, audits, governance, and HR technology projects. It also involves process improvement, system enhancements, testing, stakeholder collaboration, knowledge management, and coaching team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of HR operations, shared services, or service delivery experience, along with advanced Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and HR operational process expertise.
