Description
The Senior Associate-Spanish supports Amgen’s global HR service center for Europe and Latin America, managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR inquiries and transactions through ServiceNow and Workday, leading regional and global HR Connect projects, coordinating audits and process improvements, maintaining HR knowledge bases, and providing subject-matter expertise and training to employees, managers, and HR teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7–10 years of HR professional experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow.
