Fortitude Re is hiring a Senior Associate, Investment Operations to independently manage complex operational processes across a private credit investment lifecycle, including deal onboarding, funding coordination, settlement, reconciliation, controls, reporting, and process improvement. The role coordinates with investment, portfolio management, accounting, treasury, fund administrators, and external counterparties and requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of relevant experience. It is based in the Jersey City, New Jersey office on a hybrid basis and offers a base salary of $115,000–$145,000 USD plus an annual bonus and benefits.
