Description
The Transcriptionist will transcribe audio recordings from property and casualty insurance claims adjusters and other stakeholders into written statements, reports, and other documents. The role involves proofreading, formatting, maintaining linguistic quality, meeting processing deadlines, keeping confidential information secure, and uploading documents to electronic claim management systems. A bachelor’s degree, a Transcriptionist diploma or certificate, and 1–3 years of prior transcription experience are required, with insurance-related experience and an MBA or related specialization preferred.
