Grant Thornton is hiring a Proposal Creation Senior Associate for its Connected Sales & Marketing function to develop client-focused proposals for technology-industry strategic pursuits on the West Coast. The role manages proposals from intake through delivery, collaborates with business development and subject-matter experts, creates value propositions and solution narratives, coordinates pricing and scope, applies AI tools, and maintains proposal resources. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of proposal-writing or content-development experience, strong writing and project-management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work West Coast hours and travel as needed. The base salary range is $72,000 to $100,000.
