Mattel is hiring a Retail Development Senior Associate to join its Consumer Products Retail Development team at its global headquarters in El Segundo, California. Reporting to the Manager, Retail Development, the role supports the Ecommerce team and Amazon, with responsibilities including Merch on Demand and Print on Demand programs, marketing calendars, product listings, creative briefs, financial and retail analysis, forecasting, budget management, and cross-functional project coordination. The position requires a BA/BS or MBA, at least three years of equivalent experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, presentation and communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft products. The stated annual pay range is $92,000 to $115,000.
