Description

Amgen is hiring an SAP Serialization Support Analyst to support, monitor, and enhance SAP serialization processes across manufacturing, distribution, and order-to-cash flows. The role provides Level 2/3 support for SAP ATTP and TraceLink integration, troubleshoots IDocs, RFCs, web services, batch jobs, and serialization interfaces, supports EPCIS and regulatory reporting, and participates in testing, change control, and production deployments. Candidates need a bachelor’s or diploma in computer science or STEM, 8+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP ATTP/serialization, and hands-on TraceLink integration experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM, or a diploma in computer science or STEM.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in SAP ATTP/serialization.
Hands-on TraceLink integration and support experience.
Experience supporting regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Knowledge of global serialization compliance requirements, including DSCSA and EU FMD.
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of SAP SD and logistics processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4 Hana Sales and Distribution.
Agile Certified Practitioner.
