Amgen is hiring a Scrum Master to support the Network Security team’s agile delivery cadence, team effectiveness, and operational discipline. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, coordinates cross-functional priorities and dependencies, tracks delivery metrics and risks, supports backlog refinement, develops performance dashboards, and helps adopt automation and AI-assisted workflows.
