L3Harris is hiring a Sr. Associate, Systems Engineer in Carlsbad, California. The role performs operational analysis, develops concepts of operations and design and implementation plans, creates test plans and procedures, conducts tests, analyzes system requirements, supports complex system designs and architectures, and delivers design status presentations. Applicants must be pursuing or have recently completed a master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field; systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, project management, model-based systems engineering, and Rhapsody familiarity are preferred. The schedule is 9/80, with employees working 9 out of every 14 days and every other Friday off. The disclosed salary range is $80,500 to $149,500, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
