Goodwill is hiring a Senior Store Manager in Gainesville, Florida, to manage a home retail store and oversee one to two additional stores in the geographic area. The role includes supervising store managers, developing management teams, enforcing safety and store standards, managing budgets and payroll, monitoring sales and inventory, and handling hiring, performance management, and disciplinary matters. The position requires five years of retail experience, including at least two years of managerial experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and availability to travel up to 75% of the time, work holidays and weekends, and perform on-call duties.
