Description
Goodwill is hiring a Senior Store Manager to manage a home retail store and oversee 1–3 additional stores in a geographic area. The role leads store operations, merchandising, customer service, sales and revenue goals, inventory, budgets, payroll, safety, audits, hiring, performance management, and training of store management. It requires five years of retail experience, including at least two years of managerial experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. The position may require holidays, evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call availability.
