Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Principal Automation Control Engineer for its Ottumwa, Iowa facility. The role leads PLC/SCADA standardization, troubleshooting, startup, and maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment; supports operations and project teams; develops predictive analytics, IIOT, and advanced automation concepts; and manages third-party contractors and junior EMTs and electricians. The position requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of industrial automation experience, extensive PLC programming, and strong knowledge of SCADA/HMI, industrial networks, drives, and robotic control systems. The salary range is $96,800 to $120,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and an annual performance bonus.
