HBD Industries is hiring a Senior Automation Program Manager to lead multi-site manufacturing robotics and automation initiatives across its United States operations. The role identifies and prioritizes automation opportunities, develops business cases and roadmaps, manages capital projects and vendors, and oversees robotic work cells, machine tending, material handling, vision systems, and other advanced manufacturing technologies. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of manufacturing robotics and automation project leadership experience, and hands-on knowledge of industrial robotics and related technologies. The position is remote with travel, preferably based in Southern California, North Carolina, or Georgia, and offers a base salary of $130,000 to $150,000; visa sponsorship is not available.
