Mode.Inc is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own and evolve production backend systems, including user workflows, notifications, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. The role requires 6+ years of backend engineering experience, strong Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL expertise, production reliability experience, and the ability to work in a fast-moving remote startup environment.
