The Bankruptcy Paralegal supports complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring matters by filing documents through ECF/PACER/PacerPro, coordinating with clients and counsel, managing dockets and deadlines, preparing trial and hearing materials, conducting legal research, and supervising junior paralegals. The role also handles adversary proceedings, fee applications, and billing-related tasks. Candidates need 3–5 years of bankruptcy court experience, CM/ECF and PACER proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, strong organization and communication abilities, and flexibility to work overtime. The salary is $100,000–$115,000 non-exempt.
