Description
Tech Data is hiring a Senior Batch Scheduling Engineer to lead the design, configuration, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and retirement of enterprise batch jobs primarily on Redwood RunMyJobs. The role owns scheduling standards and governance across SAP and non-SAP platforms, designs complex event-driven workflows, explores AI and modern automation, serves as an L3 escalation point, collaborates with SAP and business stakeholders, mentors engineers, and supports audit, compliance, and security requirements. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise batch scheduling experience, strong SAP batch architecture knowledge, non-SAP workload experience, automation and scripting skills, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
