Micron Technology is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to join its BEOL team within DRAM Research & Development. The role supports the development, optimization, and transfer of advanced DRAM back-end-of-line process flows, troubleshoots integration issues across metallization, dielectrics, etch, and CMP modules, analyzes process and electrical data, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and contributes to technology transfer and next-generation BEOL architecture efforts. The position is suitable for recent graduates or early-career engineers and requires a BS in a relevant field, semiconductor process fundamentals, BEOL knowledge, deposition or etch experience, and exposure to DRAM or memory device technology.
