Amplitude is hiring a Sr Billing & Collections Analyst to own the end-to-end billing cycle across its revenue streams, including invoice generation, review, delivery, accuracy checks, customer billing inquiries, collections support, and resolution of billing issues. The role also supports process improvement, automation, SOX controls, and external audit requirements while partnering with customers, GTM, and Finance. Candidates need 3–5+ years of billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting/finance experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and experience in a SOX-controlled environment; SaaS or subscription experience is preferred. The role is limited to San Francisco and offers a total target cash salary of $121,000–$181,000.
