Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer focused on battery management systems for electric vehicles. The role involves designing, validating, prototyping, testing, and enhancing BMS systems; contributing to drivetrain and vehicle-level integrations from prototype through production; and collaborating with mechanical design, manufacturing, and supply chain. Candidates need a background in electronics and circuits, hardware development and troubleshooting, PCB design, debugging and validation experience with MCU and communication interfaces, EMI testing, and familiarity with electronic test equipment. A bachelor's degree in electronic or electrical engineering is required, with preferred qualifications including relevant experience, BMS hardware design, FPGA, embedded software, CANape/CANalyzer, and high-voltage knowledge. The position offers a base annual salary of $144,000 to $198,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
