Land O’Lakes is hiring a Sr. Building Operating Engineer in Arden Hills, Minnesota, to operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot complex HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, chiller, and building automation systems across a mixed-use campus. The role provides hands-on technical escalation, preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor coordination, capital-project support, regulatory compliance, and mentoring. It requires a Minnesota Class B Boiler Operator License, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong building-systems expertise; the schedule is Monday–Friday day shift with approximately one on-call week every four weeks, and pay is $37–$43 per hour.
