Spatial Front, Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a hybrid role. The position combines business analysis and Agile Scrum leadership, including translating product strategy into user stories, managing Jira backlogs, supporting release planning, conducting testing and validation, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, and communicating with customers and technical stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or six years of equivalent experience, at least five years of business analysis experience, and at least two years of Scrum Master experience. Preferred qualifications include federal program experience, Agile certifications, and regulated or secure-environment experience. The position pays $85,000–$120,000 annually and is a full-time W2 position.
