Esri is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to collaborate with distributors and account teams to co-sell and promote Esri geographic technology, enterprise software, and services. The role focuses on driving growth, negotiating executive-level agreements, presenting to stakeholders, building distributor and customer partnerships, and supporting strategic business plans. Candidates need at least five years of experience supporting technical specifications and enterprise software sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, GIS and Esri technology knowledge, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel globally 25–50%. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the estimated base salary is $114,400–$218,400 USD.
