Esri is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to collaborate with distributors and customers to co-sell and expand adoption of Esri geographic technology. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, negotiating enterprise agreements, presenting to executives, developing strategic growth plans, and building long-term customer and distributor partnerships. Candidates need at least five years of experience supporting technical specifications and enterprise software sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, GIS and Esri technology knowledge, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to travel globally 25–50%. The position offers a base salary of $114,400–$218,400 USD and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
