ZipRecruiter is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to design and implement data systems, models, and AI-powered tooling for its business and engineering teams. The role involves building reusable data models, extending internal analytics and AI platforms, applying software engineering practices such as testing, CI/CD, code review, and observability, and partnering with RevOps, Decision Science, Product, and Engineering teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in a senior data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence role, along with advanced SQL, data modeling, cloud data platforms, and software engineering experience. It is a full-time hybrid role with most US-based positions also available remotely, and the US base salary range is $125,000-$165,000.
