Description
Transcom is hiring a Sr. Business Intelligence Report Developer for its Pasig site. The role designs, develops, implements, and supports enterprise business intelligence reports and dashboards; translates business requirements into specifications; builds data warehouses and dashboards; performs reporting analysis and performance tuning; and mentors analysts. The position requires at least five years of contact center experience, at least three years developing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards, and proficiency with tools such as Google Cloud Platform, Looker, Data Studio, Python, SQL, Big Query, Power BI, Excel, and VBA.
