Dexcom is hiring a Manufacturing Business Process Analyst to analyze production rates, quality metrics, and performance indicators; coordinate production control activities; streamline end-to-end manufacturing processes; optimize direct labour; support audit readiness; and lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous-improvement initiatives. The role also manages material and inventory workflows, kitting, backflushing, inventory levels, and secondary inventory systems. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with manufacturing and data systems, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
