Microsoft is hiring a Sr Business Program Manager to lead the modernization of partner attribution metrics, beginning with replacing Partner Admin Link (PAL). The individual-contributor role owns the end-to-end program, defines attribution strategy, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, sales compensation, security, analytics, incentives, and partner programs, designs downstream integrations, manages governance and change, and communicates with senior leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of program, process, or improvement experience; candidates within 50 miles of Microsoft's Redmond campus must work in the office three days per week. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $116,900-$203,600 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
