Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale AWS cloud migration initiative. The role serves as a liaison between business and technical teams, defines requirements, develops user stories and acceptance criteria, participates in Agile ceremonies, supports testing and data governance, and mentors less experienced analysts. The position requires IT business analysis, Agile or product ownership, cloud-hosted application and cloud migration experience, Medicare experience, and strong Jira, Confluence, and requirements analysis skills; onsite work in Columbia, South Carolina is preferred, while hybrid and remote candidates may be considered.
