Description
Esri is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, define requirements, and deliver digital solutions across content management systems, web applications, data and reporting platforms, enterprise integrations, and marketing technologies. The role partners with stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and platform administrators; supports CMS, digital experience platforms, integrations, testing, releases, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery; and evaluates emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related STEM discipline, and knowledge of web technologies, APIs, cloud environments, and data privacy. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $81,120 to $141,440 USD.
