Description
Baxter is hiring a Senior Calibration Technician to perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair on laboratory and manufacturing equipment; prepare technical reports; trend equipment and process data; coordinate instrument recertification; investigate calibration nonconformances; and support calibration projects across three manufacturing cells. The role requires an associate degree and three to five years of relevant experience, knowledge of metrology and cGMP/GDP procedures, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including preventive maintenance shutdowns. The estimated base salary is $60,000 to $82,500 annually, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one and no visa sponsorship available.
