Description
The Senior Category Manager leads strategy and supplier management for external spend categories such as components, outside processing, MRO, and raw materials. The role manages supplier performance and risk, develops second-source qualification programs, negotiates prices and contracts, monitors KPIs, supports customer and internal programs, and establishes procurement processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of procurement experience, and full-time on-site work in Ohio or California; visa sponsorship is not available. The salary range is $145,000–$185,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
