Description
The Hanover is hiring a full-time Senior Litigation Claims Consultant to manage complex, high-severity Commercial General Liability claims, including litigated matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role owns claims end to end, conducts coverage and liability investigations, evaluates reserves and indemnity issues, leads litigation strategy with defense counsel, negotiates settlements, pursues risk transfer and subrogation, and mentors claims professionals. Candidates need 5–10+ years of casualty claims experience, significant-exposure claim experience, litigation and negotiation expertise, advanced coverage knowledge, strong financial acumen, and an active adjuster license or ability to obtain one.
