Description
VALiNTRY is hiring a full-time Senior Process Engineer in Brazil to lead process optimization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement in a chemical manufacturing environment. The role partners with production, maintenance, quality, EHS, and engineering teams to improve throughput, yield, quality, reliability, and operating costs while supporting process changes, equipment upgrades, documentation, and safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a strong chemical or process engineering background, hands-on chemical manufacturing experience, and demonstrated success improving manufacturing processes; a chemical engineering degree, batch processing, Lean/Six Sigma, process safety, and technical leadership experience are desirable. The salary is $120,000 to $155,000 per year, with additional technical capabilities potentially increasing compensation.
