Description
Citizens is hiring a Senior CIAM Security Professional to support the engineering, operations, security, and modernization of its Customer Identity and Access Management platforms. The role provides Level 3 support for authentication, identity federation, directory services, privileged access, cloud identity, and related security controls; troubleshoots complex integrations; performs deployments, upgrades, vulnerability management, and reliability monitoring; and identifies automation opportunities. It follows a four-day onsite hybrid schedule at one of eight listed Citizens hubs and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
