Coastal is hiring a Sr. Client Manager to grow deposit portfolios among affluent consumers and businesses, acquire new-to-bank customers, onboard clients, and serve as a trusted advisor across assigned branches. The role combines relationship management, deposit gathering, business development, prospecting, community engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and portfolio expansion. Candidates need at least five years of banking, financial services, or relationship-management experience, strong deposit and lending knowledge, consultative selling and client-service skills, and the ability to travel between branches.
